This website https://www.turntableanalyzer.com collects no data that could identify you, track your Internet navigation or track your physical location. If contacting us, your name, email address and other information provided by you will be processed on European servers in compliance to EU GDPR requirements. The TurntableAnalyzer app is designed to perform local measurements of turntable performance using the camera and microphone of your device. No personal or measurement data are collected, stored or shared. All measurement processing is performed locally on your device only.

 

No third party analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks are used. No data are shared with third parties.

 

 

Camera Access: The camera is used only to record the rotational movement of visual markers placed on your turntable for measurements. Images are processed on your device only and discarded immediately after analysis. Active camera is identified by green LED on your device.

 

Microphone Access: The microphone is used only to record a reference frequency from a vinyl record for measurements. Audio samples are processed on your device only and discarded immediately after analysis. Active microphone is identified by orange LED on your device.

 

Leveling: Motion sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope) are used only to identify pitch and roll of the device during leveling and camera measurement. Motion data are processed on your device only and discarded immediately after analysis. Motion sensors are active only during leveling and camera measurements.

 

Measurement Results (RPM, wow and flutter): You may choose to save your results locally on your device. You may also choose to export your results to a CSV file for further analysis in a spreadsheet or other software. Results are processed on your device only and discarded immediately after being reported to you. No automatic uploads, cloud storage, or sharing occur.

 

In-App Purchase: TurntableAnalyzer uses Apple’s App Store ecosystem and therefore requires internet connection. All purchase data are managed by Apple. Only Apple process your personal information and payment information according to Apple’s policies.

 

You can deny camera or microphone access in system settings. The app will then not be able to perform camera or audio measurements. You control whether to save or export results.
